booking policy 

1. Deposits: To confirm your photoshoot appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the shoot or afterwards. However, please note that your photos will not be delivered and editing will not commence until payment is received.

2. Delivery of Proofs and Final Photos: Once payment has been made, you will receive your proofs within one week. After you have made your selection, the final edited photos will be delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on my calendar availability. In the case of a quick turnaround request, additional fees may apply.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 2-5 days in advance. If you cancel on the day of the shoot, a fee of $65 will be charged.

4. Late Arrival Policy: I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond this grace period, there will be an additional fee added to your total, and no extension of time will be provided for your session. Please respect my time and yours by arriving promptly.

5. Confirmation: I will send a confirmation message 2-3 days before your scheduled shoot to verify all the details we discussed.

6. Studio Rental: Please note that I currently do not own a studio. You are responsible for covering the cost of renting a studio space. I can assist you in finding suitable studios for your vision or recommend my favorite, Kolors Studio.
